She leads, coaches, and trains offshore resources in India while being in the US. At every step, she fosters community, giving opportunities to those in need and empowering young women.
During COVID19 her organization focuses on providing employment opportunities for the unemployed in India and providing cost-reducing options for business owners and entrepreneurs in the US. She volunteered with organizations like KhalsaAid to provide support by delivering essentials to the elders when the country was on lockdown.
